Our Mission is to have the city of Los Angeles, California and the surrounding areas recognized by the entertainment industry as a viable backdrop for film and television projects.

We are committed to educating the public about filming and the location process. This process includes information on how a property is marketed; arranging site visits with location scouts, producers and the crews involved with filming. This also includes the handling of contracts while taking great consideration of the property owner’s thoughts and the production company’s needs. 

It is our promise to handle negotiations with the utmost care while preparing the property owner for the onset of filming - from preproduction to the final steps of clean up.

With our endless mountains, quaint neighborhoods, and kind citizens, Ultimate Locations strives to make the city of Los Angeles, California known as the best area for film, television and video projects.
