About Us

      Ms. Dale Steinek was born in Rutland, Vermont. Shortly after her birth, the family made their way west. After stopping to see friends in Texas on their way to California, Dale’s parents decided to live and make a home in Ft.Worth, Texas.

     While growing up in Texas, she modeled and performed plays in the community. She later moved to Seattle, Washington to attend school at the University of Washington and the Cornish Institute of Fine Arts. It was during this time that her family moved to Los Angeles, California where her brothers worked in the film and music entities of the entertainment business.  Dale’s talents lead her to expand into the film and television business doing stand-in and small acting roles filmed in Seattle and soon after that, moved to Los Angeles to further pursue her Acting career.

     After moving to Los Angeles, she not only worked as an Actress but became involved in the world of Stunts. While working in front of the camera, she became familiar with how film locations were found and it ultimately leads her to working behind the camera in Hollywood, scouting for film location agencies. While working for location companies, Dale Steinek negotiated location contracts for Scrubs, NYPD Blue, 6 Ft. Under, Charmed, Power Rangers,The Practice, and other numerous commercials and films.

     In 2003, Dale Steinek moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to escape the hurried life style that she had in Los Angeles to write her book, My House Is A Great Location!  Dale Steinek finally had her book published in August of 2005.

     In 2007, Los Angeles beckoned Dale back. In 2009, she went back to college to finish her degree.  In the spring of 2011, Dale earned her BA in Public Relations and Marketing. With that degree, it enabled her to not only market her own book, but to continue working in the area of film locations and negotiations.

     Dale has now created a location company called Ultimate Locations. The company was developed through her years as a location contract negotiator. This company lists homes and businesses for use as locations for television, films, and commercials.  It is Dale Steinek’s hope to reach as many people as possible and better inform the public how they can learn to use her methods of marketing their property.  When one promotes their home or business as a location, this becomes a way to earn extra income.

     Dale has a motto that she has carried through her life:

      “FAILURE WILL NEVER OVERTAKE ME IF MY DETERMINATION TO SUCCEED IS STRONG ENOUGH.”

      When Dale Steinek meets anyone, they soon learn that the motto she carries is a motto that she truly lives by.
