Dear Property Owner,

Ultimate Locations is a location service in the Los Angeles area representing residential, commercial, and industrial properties for the Television and Motion Picture Industry.

We are diligently searching for new properties to present to our growing lists of clients.  Ultimate Locations is a service that acts as an agent for you.  We negotiate the fees; handle the contractual agreements, scheduling, insurance, invoicing, overtime, and follow through if there are any damages or cleanup involved after the shoot.  The process can be puzzling and complicated at times; we simplify it by handling it all for you.  Some of the benefits of listing with us are:

*    Our Experience! Dale Steinek (owner of Ultimate Locations) managed Locations Enterprises in Los Angeles. It was the first company of this type started by the producer, Bob                        Metzler and his wife in 1960.  Dale personally has negotiated contracts for “Scrubs”, “NYPD Blue”, “Charmed”, “The Practice”, "Dragnet", “6 Feet Under” and many                              other shows, commercials, and still shoots.

   *      Shoots can generate $1500-$3000 per day for smaller homes and up

    $3500- $10,000 per day for larger homes and Mansions (10,000 sq. ft. plus)

   *     Commercial and Industrial properties are similar in price and more; however, it depends

     on the project and the property.

   *     You dictate which part of the property is or is not available for filming.

   *     You have the right to refuse any project if it doesn’t suit you.

   *     We verify the credentials of each client before we send them to you.

 Protection of your property and privacy is extremely important to us.

Once you list with us, Ultimate Locations will heavily promote your property to a wide range of industry professionals.  When there is a potential project, we will contact you to                    schedule viewing (in some cases there might be 2-3 appointments to book your property) appointments with Location Managers and Locations Scouts and thereafter, set up the film shoot and get your property working for you!

While the Production Company is utilizing your property, we provide a qualified and experienced “Location Site Representative” who is on site and acts as the liaison between you and the production company.  The Site Rep is there to make sure that all contractual agreements are strictly met and followed.  The Site Rep also helps smooth out any difficulties that may arise during the shoot.

We can not however, guarantee your property will work, but we will do everything we can to promote your property.
